1. Controller
Antonio Porrúa, sole trader based in Spain, operating promethia.dev. Contact for anything in this policy:support@promethia.dev.
2. What we collect and why
- Intake form: name, email, optional project URL, the tool you built with, and your message. Used to answer your request and prepare a quote (pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Service delivery: emails we exchange and, during an engagement, read access to the code and materials you share. Used only to deliver the contracted service (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and treated as confidential.
- Priority pass onboarding: technical details about your project (stack, hosting, where your code lives, who grants access) and an emergency contact, kept current while you are subscribed and used only to respond to your requests faster (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Deleted when your subscription ends.
- Billing: invoicing data required by law (art. 6.1.c GDPR). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive your full card details.
- Technical logs: our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request metadata to serve and protect the site (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR).
3. Cookies
This site sets exactly one cookie: promethia_lang, a functional cookie that remembers your language choice for one year. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers.
4. Who processes your data
We use a small set of processors: Cloudflare (site hosting, form storage, notification email delivery),Stripe (payments) and our email providers. Some may process data outside the EEA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
5. Retention
Intake requests that don't become engagements are deleted within 12 months. Engagement records and reports are kept while the business relationship lasts. Invoicing data is kept for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law. Access to your code is relinquished when the engagement ends.
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing by writing tosupport@promethia.dev. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, aepd.es) or your local one.
